Environmentally friendly

My upcycled furniture reuses old pieces by bringing new life into them and not destroying them, which is a very environmentally friendly way of decorating your home. The reclaimed wood I work with in my industrial line is actually previously used scaffold boards from the building industry. This saves on cutting extra trees and using extra energy. So when ordering any custom-made item from scaffold boards, you are also helping nature. This approach also extends to the oil finish I work with. If you want your furniture to be absolutely eco-friendly and natural, I could use an organic Danish Oil, which is food-safe, non-toxic and VOC-free (without that typical paint smell).
